Our Story

Holiday House Manager wasn’t born in a boardroom, it was born out of frustration.

Like many Melbourne property owners, we started out managing our own Airbnb and quickly realised that traditional letting agents simply weren’t equipped for the short-term rental market. We were paying high management fees, receiving mediocre guest reviews, and watching our property fall short of its real potential.

So we took matters into our own hands. We renovated, relaunched, and applied everything we knew about hospitality, pricing strategy, and guest experience. Within 12 months, our rental income had grown four-fold.

That experience became the foundation of Holiday House Manager. Today, we manage 65+ properties across Melbourne, and we bring the same care, attention, and commercial thinking to every single one that we applied to our own.
