Who We Are
Holiday House Manager is a boutique property management consultancy service.
Holiday House Manager was born when we failed to get the value we needed from our own Airbnb property. Existing letting agents seemed to lack an understanding on how to pitch and service our property. We were being charged large fees, receiving average reviews, and our property was not being well maintained.
With decades of experience in hotel and restaurant management, we embarked on creating a place where we, and our friends would want to stay. After a small renovation, we relaunched our property to the market, and through our trade and revenue management expertise, we have increased our income four-fold within the first 12 months.
Since then, we have been supporting other short stay property owners do the same. We treat every client and their guests the same way we expect our own house guests to be treated.
